For every person that refers a new team member to ColleagueUs that enrolls, certifies with a client, and services an Arise client for 90 days, will receive a *$25 referral incentive! During registration, when asked “How did you hear about us?”- enter referral information. You also MUST fill out the referral form below to qualify and it must be filled our PRIOR to them joining ColleagueUs.
